Shipping

I strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most items are stocked and ship out in 1-2 days, but some items are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your items to ship. It’s usually less.

If you need any item in a hurry for an event, please let us know in your order notes or an email, and we will make every effort to ship sooner if possible.

Many of our items are heavy due to the glass bottles. We strive to keep shipping prices as low and true to cost as possible. Sometimes there are goofs in the system, so if shipping appears to be really out of line, please just send us a message and we will work to correct it as soon as possible.

Viewing Orders and Tracking

Your order history is stored on our website so you can track progress of your current pending orders and review previous orders. Just log in with your email address you used with your order and the password you entered during the checkout process. If you do not remember your password, you can go to the Login screen and request a password reminder or reset.

Once logged in, you can see pending orders and find the tracking numbers associated with your shipment. However you will be emailed your tracking number once your package has shipped.

Returns & Replacements

If you are anything less than THRILLED with your items, please don’t hesitate to contact me!

We are not able to make refunds or accept returns due to the nature of personal care products, but we will gladly replace your item with one you’ll love or credit your account for future orders.
